Located just minutes from shopping, dining, and beaches in Tahoe City and a short drive to Stateline or Incline Village for casino nightlife, you’ll never run out of things to do. In winter, nearby ski resorts make this a great base for snow lovers. In summer, golfers will appreciate being across the highway from Tahoe City Golf Course and just a short drive to Old Brockway Golf Course in Kings Beach.

The Space:
This is a ground level condo. When you walk in you have your bedroom, further down the hall your bathroom, then you walk into your living, dining, kitchen area. Your back deck is off of the living room area and opens to a large lawn and a view of the tennis courts and lake in the distance.
Guest Access:
You have the entire condo to yourself as well as your back deck. You have access to all onsite amenities, pool, tennis, laundry and pier. the lawn area and the beach are shared Common areas.
The community laundry room is just steps away with coin-operated washers and dryers.
The Neighborhood:
A unique lakefront condominium resort located conveniently in the heart of Tahoe City, the Tahoe Marina Lakefront offers comfortable accommodations for your summer and winter vacation enjoyment. You will find a multitude of activities to fill a day at any time of the year.
During the summer enjoy our on-site tennis courts, heated pool, sandy beach, and pier (buoy rental also available). Nearby you will find mountain biking, water skiing, hiking, fishing, boating and shopping.
Located in the center of Tahoe City, the Tahoe Marina Lakefront is a perfect place to enjoy the local atmosphere. Your accommodations are within walking distance of the fine restaurants, a movie theater, and a variety of interesting shops in Tahoe City.
An afternoon stroll from your room can carry you over to the Truckee River to see the rafters and spectators alike take in a beautiful summer day. In the evening take a walk through Tahoe City or just relax and enjoy the view of the lake.
Getting Around:
Aside from free parking on premises, you are located in the heart of Tahoe City. TART, our local transit service, serves the North Lake/Truckee area with a bus stop right in front of our office. Street parking is also available May - November.
Other Things to Note:
An additional amenity that we are excited to offer for Summer, is access to a buoy on Lake Tahoe. We have buoys available for $500, to reserve for up to 7 days. Boat registration and Insurance must be under the same name as the renter making the reservation for lodging. A check will be required for payment. Please send a message to inquire on buoy availability.
Interaction with Guests:
Our on-site rental office is open daily from 9AM - 5PM (closed for lunch from 12 - 1PM). A host will be at the office to check you in. For any after-hours arrivals, you will be sent a code to access the lockbox in front of the rental office. Inside will be an envelope with keys and other unit/property details. Please lock the box when done.

Beautiful condo and location! Loved the access to private beach and pier and the patio. Had everything we needed stocked and was plenty of room. Looking at dates to book again!

Great location, convenient to everything. We parked our rental car when we arrived and didn't start it up again until we left 5 days later. There was a Sunday concert on the Commons Beach and the host conveniently has folding chairs to use. We'll be back next year!
