About this apartment rental
A Bed on the Beach! Dollhouse in the Dunes! Island and lighthouse views. Listen to the waves right outside your door. Nothing between you and the sea except dune grass and sand. Formerly part of the beloved Ocean View Campground and Cottages. Newly renovated, granite counters.
This is a tiny house perfect for 2. Queen size bed in the main living area.
Bath with shower, kitchenette with sink, refrigerator. Note for 2022 cooking must be done outside on the grill. The kitchen inside will still have fridge and coffee maker but no microwave or cooking appliances.
Close to restaurants, Fort Popham, Fort Baldwin.
WIFI, landline phone ( poor cell service ) with free long distance
All guests must be 25 years of age or accompanied by a parent. This home is part of an association and rules set by the association must be adhered to. No Unit Owner shall obstruct or interfere with the rights of other occupants or annoy them by unreasonable noise or otherwise. 3. No Unit Owner shall use the Common Elements or Limited Common Elements for any activity that would obstruct or deter views, ingress or egress by other Unit Owners or guests or invitees Boats longer than 12 feet, motor homes, campers, trailers of any kind, tents, shacks, sheds or other outbuildings are not allowed on the property. Storage for boats less than 12 feet, dinghies, kayaks and paddle boards shall be within the Unit Owners Limited Common Element and not obstruct the view of any other Unit owner No trash, rubbish or other offensive materials or materials degrading in appearance shall be allowed to exist on the Units or Common Elements excluding any area designated for trash and/or recycling by the Association
Please note. Due to recent erosion there can be very little beach at high tide so you need to plan your day accordingly.

Directions to the cabin were very detailed, and check-in process was easy. Cabin was exactly as advertised, ready and clean. The Host was quick to answer any questions we had, and very accommodating when needed. Cozy cabin, beautiful view of the Ocean, and hearing the waves all day and night was spectacular. If we ever come this way again, we would definitely come back here.

Lovely beach front location. Adorable little cottage. Ideal for two for a short stay. Floor was sandy upon arrival ( provided vac took care of this). Limited storage space, had to put luggage under the bed- that worked. A toaster oven and/or microwave would be a nice addition to the kitchen. Overall - enjoyable stay and plan to return. Deb’s responses were prompt and informative.

Host communicated well and sent clear instructions for check-in as well as prompt communication when a slight issue arose. We had just enough space for us and 2 dogs! Loved hearing the waves and seeing the water outside the window! Our favorite beach was a 1 minute walk! Wish we had stayed longer!
