About this apartment rental
Summary:
Ground floor, Beautiful, Warm and cozy condo. Very bright and full of light.
* located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, built around the Myrtlewood Golf Club ground, just off the bypass
*minutes from the beach and all main attractions.
*Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics (condiments are not included)
*Condo sleeps up to 4 guests.
*PET OWNERS: Only fully trained pets are allowed with a pet fee but must be pre-approved by host. Please contact me for details.
The Space:
*1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, Very comfortable condo.
*Bedroom with 1 King bed and 1 pullout sofa in the living room.
*Washer and dryer available in the unit.
*Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics (condiments are not included) .
*Dining area open to living room.
* Sheets and linens provided.
*Free WiFi and cable TV.
*Pets are allowed with a pet fee. please don't forget to mention if you're bringing any pets with you.
*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.
*Towels are provided for showers only.
Guest Access:
*The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.
*Access the pool with wristbands and pool fob (4 wristbands and 1 pool fob are placed in the kitchen drawer) All wristbands and fob must be kept and returned before checking out. There is a $50 charge for each lost or broken wristband and $100 for pool fob.
*Parking is free.
* motorcycles and trailers are not allowed on premises.
Other Things to Note:
*Charging electrical vehicles is not allowed.
*4 Pool wristbands and pool fob are counted after each stay. (pool closes on September 1st)
*Please review my house rules.
*Due to the fact that some guests have allergies, Pets are not allowed on beds and furniture and must be caged when you're not home. In case of finding any evidence that pets were on the beds, blankets or furniture, the guests will be charged for additional cleaning fee.
*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper provided, guests should bring their own extras.
*Bed sheets are provided (one set per bed)
*Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit)
*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)
*condo is inspected prior to your arrival to make sure all is clean and working properly. please contact me immediately for any questions or concerns.
Interaction with Guests:
Please communicate through the website or app only. Downloading the Airbnb app is recommended for more convenient communication. You can call or text to the private number only in case of any urgency.

Great condo and the location was fantastic. This area is quiet and just minutes from all the local attractions, shopping malls and beach. This ground floor unit was fantastic for us and our small dog. Lots of parking right outside of the unit and was freshly paved. The unit is located at the front parking lot but it was super quiet and not much noise from the cars. There was lots of green space for our dog and even had a dog waste bin with bags located steps from the condo. The pool was not in service due to the time of the year (seasonal operation). Kitchen was equipped with all the essentials and even had a few Keurig pods left on the counter as a welcome gift. The condo comes with a starter of toilet paper, paper towels, washing machine pods and 2 sets of towels (bath, hand, face), hand soap, dish soap and even a few shampoos.I would definitely stay here again when in the Myrtle Beach area. Great host and communication was very prompt.

The property was very clean, a great location, and was the perfect size for us. We really appreciate that animals were welcome and our girls loved all the common green space. Our host was great and always communicated us very quickly when we had questions. We would definitely book this property again in the future.

Great place to stay for a couple while in Myrtle Beach. Very convenient to everything. We will stay again if opportunity arises.
