About this apartment rental
2 BR 2 Bath Condo on Myrtlewood Golf Course. Plenty of space, parking, and access to other golf courses.
NEW UPDATES.. Recently Painted (few pictures included). New kitchen appliances, bedroom (smart) TV's, bathroom vanities, kitchen cabinets, and countertops are on the way. Pictures will be updated when work is complete. Expected completion Mid-May. If you like the old pictures, you will really like the improvements!
End unit. Perfect for a family or golfers. King bed, 2 twin beds, and a pull out couch. Flat Screen TV available. WiFi included. Great Balcony on the SECOND floor to relax on that overlooks the pool.
Close to other Myrtle Beach amenities, just off of Hwy 17. Broadway on the Beach is 3 minutes away by car.
1 mile from the Beach for families looking to take a day trip with public parking in lots or on the Main Street. Close access to other surrounding golf courses.
Car is highly recommended. This is a NO SMOKING Condo.
Small Dogs under 20 lbs are allowed with prior notice and with an additional pet fee. Not informing us of bringing a pet may forfeit your deposit.
Use of the pool requires Key Fob for entry. Loss of the Key fob will result in a $150 replacement fee (what the condo charges us). ANY DAMAGE TO THE CONDO WILL BE ASSESSED AND DEDUCTED FROM THE DEPOSIT AT TRIPLE THE COST.
Saturday to Saturday rental during the Summer Season (June 15 to August 15).
WINTER RENTALS: We entertain medium-term rentals December thru February, with an option to stay through March IF you stayed at least 50-days prior. Some examples to help explain:
Dec 15 thru Feb = OK
Jan thru Feb = OK
Dec 1 thru March = OK
February only = Can't do
February thru March = Can't do
If you book 90+ days, no taxes are charged to you.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in get 100% refund. Between 30-60 days get 50%.
We have no interest in keeping money without delivering a service! If you need to cancel last minute, we will do our best to (1) rebook you at a time that works for both of us; and if that is not possible (2) try to fill your original reservation and return your money to you. We try to be as flexible as possible, balancing the fact that last minute cancellations leave us no chance to book with someone else.
Sorry to be this stringent, we literally had 3 people cancel longer-term reservations at the last minute over the past 2-years and lost renting those weeks/month (frustrating). We recommend buying trip insurance if you are very concerned about cancelling.

We just got back from an amazing week! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. I did have a question about the tv and Aaron responded immediately. My kids loved the pool and we mostly had it to ourselves. The kids are already saying we need to stay at the same place next year. Very happy with our vacation!

When we arrived after a ten-hour drive was a condo that was not cleaned by the previous renter. The cleaning service forgot to clean and the owner made it like no big deal. Ask us to go to the pool but he was not aware of the weather condition in the area. The family was upset and this is the second time this location has to produce unsatisfied conditions upon arrival. Our next trip will not be in this neighborhood.
