About this house rental
Extremely modern and stylish beach house in Hollywood Beach. The house comes fully equipped with a modern Italian kitchen with all appliances, utensils and needs for cooking and dining. The house has 2 big comfy couches with plenty of storage and 55` Smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime TV and YouTube (no logins provided). Master bedroom has an on suite bathroom and king size bed. Front room is a 2nd bedroom with a couch and the living room couches also expand into award winning full size beds.
We`ve put in a lot of heart, love and care for the furnishings, decorations and design so that your stay is spectacular. We`ve gone through every inch of the house and decorated it with the most comfortable beach decor possible. We can promise that the house will be EXTREMELY comfy, sleek, modern and relaxing for any type of vacation by the beach. You`re going to love staying at the house!
You`ll have the entire house to yourself without any interruptions. You`ll have a huge living area, outdoor enclosed patio with green turf, dining area in the kitchen, large bedroom and additional sleeping space for other guests in the living room. Also, the house has a full bathroom with shower and toilet. Lastly, there is an outdoor shower for when you get back from the beach or just hanging out in the beach area! Everything is extremely modern and clean.
We do everything we can to keep our distance and let you enjoy your privacy at the house. We reach out to ensure your stay is enjoyable and to make sure you don`t need anything before, during and after your stay. But if you need us, we can be there within a few minutes to help!
Hollywood Beach is the perfect mixture and has opportunities for vacationers to relax and also enjoy some casual dining/nightlife. Hollywood Beach has tons of restaurants, cute cafes, bars and other attractions to enjoy everyday. The people are friendly, the town is beachy and everyone is always VERY RELAXED! Once you leave, you`ll feel the same way and fully recovered from everyday life! The immediate neighborhood is surrounded by single family houses and neighbors who are very friendly and helpful.
It`s very easy to walk, bicycle and rollerblade everywhere. There are tons of restaurants, cafes and bars are all within walking distance from the apartment and right on the beach. Also, you`re only a few steps away from the boardwalk of Hollywood Beach. Lastly, you can easily uber or drive to thousands more restaurants, bars and attractions in Fort Lauderdale or Miami Beach which is between 15-25 minutes away. Our apartment is in a very great location!

This is a gem of a property and location. The owners are highly competent and keep the place ship shape. It's one block from the beach. The home's amenities are outstanding: front & rear patio, very large soaking tub w/ jets, easy parking, private, comfortable, modern, high quality, and well stocked with comfort supplies.As of June 2026 note that there's two situations that are 100% out of the control of the owners: 1) The week we visited there was sargassum at the beach. I personally didn't mind it. I've been to the Caribbean many times, where it's common. 2) Their community is upgrading the underground utilities on their street. Again I didn't mind it. The home has top quality doors/windows that muffle the construction noise. Also, the construction workers were good guys. It was easy to coordinate entering/exiting the street with them.I rated the cost as 4 out of 5. It's pricier than what I typically pay in Ocean City, MD for a beachfront three bedroom rental of comparable modernity/amenities. That said, it was my first time to the area and I don't know there market there. To me it was worth it. It was our honeymoon. The home's quality and privacy exceeded our expectations.P.S. I drove down to Miami a couple times for a day out. Online information led me to believe that it would be far, heavy traffic, and hard to park. That was not my experience at all. For context I'm used to Philadelphia traffic. I found it easy to visit Miami and had a great time.

Outstanding property. A stone's throw to a gorgeous beach. Owners were incredibly responsive. Highly recommend this property.

Great house, great location. But there’s a huge infrastructure construction project right in front of the house. It was loud. Like emptying a dumpster loud at times, with a constant buzz of two water pumps, day and night. The house would vibrate. It smelled from the exhaust so we couldn’t use the pool side of the yard. It was a real pain for access as well. We had to ask them to move the crane or the Mack truck to get in and out of driveway. This construction project is well underway and will continue for months. The manager failed to disclose any of this. I understand that it’s a business, but that was bad business. We shouldn’t have been put in that situation.
