If you're looking for a quiet beach within a 2 minute walk, this location is perfect. The living room and bedroom space are large. The shower is updated and the bathroom is nice overall. The kitchen could use updating but is functional as is except the kitchen faucet hot water barely came out. The cold side was fine. We would've liked a better stocked kitchen with things like salt, pepper, basic condiments, etc. There was pots, pans, plates, silverware and things like that. Also a griddle and coffeemaker were provided so you had plenty of things to make meals on and eat/drink from. Some beachchairs were provided but were well worn and could use replacing. So overall, the location is fantastic and the overall size of the unit is great. Some updates and upgrades could be done to make the stay more comfortable and feel "more like home". Definitely has a lot of potential.
