The living room and bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. Donna Amalia offers a charming outdoor area with an unforgettable view of the garden! It’s the perfect place to enjoy meals al fresco, where you can relax in the sofa area next to the dining table. Nestled in the garden is an elegant wooden gazebo with outdoor sofas, perfect for enjoying your aperitifs.

Donna Amalia is located within an elegant and exclusive private residence. The entrance to the residence is located at Viale Venere No. 29; within the residence, the villa has a separate entrance at Via G. Castellucci 4A. Donna Amalia spans two levels: only the first floor is reserved for guests, while the first floor is leased to third parties. Guests have access to the entire first floor, the private entrance to the garden (approximately 450 square meters), and the gazebo nestled in the garden. Guests may enter the residence with their own vehicle and have access to free parking adjacent to the villa’s entrance. The residence is not accessible to outsiders and is monitored by a security service. Garden maintenance is scheduled for Tuesday mornings.
