• Marijuana/cannabis use inside the villa is strictly prohibited. If odor or evidence is found, penalties may apply.
• Electricity is charged at 8 THB per kWh (metered; readings photographed at check-in and check-out).
• Guests are responsible for any damage, stains, excessive mess, or missing items.
• Check-in: 2:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM. Early/late requests subject to availability.
