Cosy, comfortable single-family house "Montebello", surrounded by trees, fields and vineyards. In the hamlet Citerna 10 km from the centre of Anghiari, 25 km from the centre of Arezzo, 40 km from the centre of Cortona, in a quiet, sunny position, 60 km from the lake, in the countryside. Private: well-kept garden with lawn, lawn for sunbathing, courtyard, swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 130 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 25.Sep.). Patio. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking on the premises. Shop 1 km, supermarket 4 km, restaurant 1 km, café 1 km, bus stop 210 m, railway station "San Giustino" 12 km. Dit huis en zwembad is echt top# De ligging is goed centraal, het huis is mooi en groot en alles is prachtig. Een minpuntje is dat er bij het zwembad nauwelijks schaduw is en er ook geen parasols zijn. En in het huis zitten geen horren voor de ramen waardoor je het in de avond niet door kan luchten ivm muggen etc.

The house was big enough. I don´t know, if we were the first visitors in the summer 2019, but the rooms were not clean. We would have needed the air condition, because the weather was over +30C during our stay. We also liked to cook all the food, but the knives were poor, we bought one cook knife, which we left in the kitchen. Also we bought a new grater for parmigiano. In the living room there was an echo, because there are no carpets nor any other tapestry. The view from the pool was amaising.

De eerste week van juni hebben wij deze vakantiewoning gehuurd en alles overtrof onze verwachtingen. Het huis is ruim, goed onderhouden en erg schoon. In de keuken is van alles aanwezig zodat je, als je dat wilt, uitgebreid zou kunnen koken. De slaapkamers hebben goede bedden en veel kastruimte. Maar niet alleen het huis is groot, je kunt bijna verdwalen in het aanpalend bosperceel en de wijngaard. En dan natuurlijk nog de tuin, met het heerlijke zwembad en ligbedjes. Liggend aan het zwembad kijk je uit over de vallei en in de verte zie je het vestingplaatsje Citerna. De vriendelijke verhuurders doen er alles aan om je een onbezorgde vakantie te geven en dit is zeker een plek om nog eens terug te komen.

Très belle propriété, isolée, au calme, idéal pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis et pour visiter les villes comme Perugia, Assise, Cita di Castello ou Arezzo. Les salles de bains seraient à améliorer, notamment les douches et des moustiquaires aux fenêtres seraient un plus (pour dormir les fenêtres ouvertes la nuit). Pour le reste la villa est très bien équipée.
