The 350 sqm home is comprised of seven bedrooms, with seven bathrooms. On the grand floor chitchen nex to large dining room that overlooks covered patio where you can rest on the beautiful armchairs or have lunch al fresco.
The fully equipped kitchen features everything a chef could want. All appliances are brand new, including: gas range, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator. An adjacent full dining room (seats 14) Tuscan BBQ and extraordinary fenced garden children play safe.
The seven wives with independent bathroom are bright and equipped with every comfort. Large wardrobes , very comfortable beds, windows with curtains and blinds.

Many wonderful destinations, including Florence, Siena, Cortona, Assisi, Arezzo and Rimini, are within easy driving distance and serve as great day trips. For the more adventurous, Rome and Pisa are each just a 2.5 hour drive from the house.
Getting to the villa is simple, there are nearby airports: Perugi, Sant Egidio international airport, 30 minutes by car. Florence 50 minutes by car, Bologna and Pisa just 90 minutes by car.
In 2026, we will celebrate the 800th anniversary of the birth of Saint Francis. Our villa is located near the most important Franciscan sanctuaries: Assisi, La Verna, Montecasale. Come visit us in October for the celebration on October 4th.
Holiday days pass quickly in the large spaces of the house and the location allows you to move around easily. The owner can help you and your family choose the best itineraries. You can go on bike or e-bike excursions along the Apennine ridge or along the floodplains of the Tiber river, you can instead decide to go fishing or visit museums where the most beautiful works of art in Tuscany are found, you can decide to visit cellars with tastings or simply enjoy the Tuscan sun.
Every week you will find a farmer's market with local products, on Wednesdays you can take part in musical performances in Anghiari in the evening, or on Fridays you can see the Meratino del Tarlo in Sansepolcro. In Arezzo, every first Saturday of the month, a visit to the famous craft market is recommended.
