A wonderful Country house awaits you, fully renovated with the modern comforts of home. The house is six kilometers from Anghiari, 5 km from Citerna which was voted one of the 10 most beautiful hilltop towns in Italy, Cortona, Arezzo a few kilometres . The house was recently fully restored using original materials, including ancient terracotta floors and reclaimed, hand-hewn chestnut beams, as well as custom-made authentic touches, including exquisite custom woodworking and hand made windows and cabinetry.

The 2900 square foot home is comprised of seven bedrooms, each with an en suite bath, dedicated kitchen, large dining room, and expansive living room adjacent to covered patio
The fully equipped, eat-in, kitchen (seats 10) features everything a chef could want. All appliances are new, including: gas range, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator machine coffee, toaster . An adjacent full dining room (seats fourteen ) with armchairs and TV, feature garden views.
The master suite has one windows with sweeping valley views and excellent terrace .

The additional five bedrooms, they all have large windows with curtains and shutters on the windows and look out over the valley or hills.
The living room on the fest floor (which is surrounded by the three bedrooms ) features a third fireplace and has large entrances and panoramic valley views. It is equipped with an LED TV sofas and armchairs for listening to music or spending time with friends For your enjoyment, the house has WI-FI internet service throughout .
Outdoor areas include a pool nestled in the garden, dining loggia (seats sixteen) and lounge area overlooking the garden. The property also includes an original stone barbeque that can be used to prepare delicious meals for al fresco dining up a meal prepared from locally-sourced meats and produce sold every Wednesday at the local town square market. For children there is a large play area and the garden is all fenced so they can play safely.
Many wonderful destinations, including Florence, Siena, Cortona, Assisi, Arezzo and Rimini, are within easy driving distance and serve as great day trips. For the more adventurous, Rome and Pisa are each just a 2.5 hour drive from the house. There also are many charming small towns to explore, as well as restaurants and excellent shopping locally. If you are a shopper, designer outlets are just a short drive away.
