The place is old but generally nice and well maintained. There are several trip hazards from uneven surfaces on the backside of the building along the lake. My husband tripped in the dark (no drinking involved) and was lucky to not seriously injure himself. The room was clean adequate. The only issue with the room was the bed. If you like a very firm memory foam mattress you would rate the stay higher than us. My husband was hot and I can’t sleep on such a firm mattress. We did appreciate the free access to a canoe and there is a park/neighborhood nearby to walk in.
