Excluded areas: garage, two storage closets, and studio unless eligible.
Pool & Spa (Important)
Spa: Complimentary evenings (typically 5pm–10pm) upon request
Pool heating (optional, 3-day minimum):
Oct–Feb: $175/day
Mar–May: $120/day
Jun & Sep: $90/day
Jul–Aug: $75/day (often unnecessary)
Rates are based on the month your booking begins.

⚠ Tampering with pool equipment may result in fines up to $1,000.

No smoking or vaping inside ($500 fine). Outside smoking permitted with doors/windows closed.

Pets allowed by approval only. Dogs preferred under 60 lbs. $60 per pet. Unapproved pets may incur up to $1,000 fine.

My family and I stayed Elevado Hills for three nights. My daughter was getting married at a nearby golf club and I couldn't have asked for a better stay! The home is huge and well laid out. There were 12 family members, and each couple had their own room with plenty of bathrooms to go around. What I like most was the living area and game room. I played pool for the first time in many years, there were also a couple of arcade games that were very fun as well.
The house host was extremely kind and patient and communication was outstanding!!

You need something- it is there- so many added touches- from makeup remover to slippers. Marc n his wife were so kind and helpful. It was perfect for our entire large family- including my 80 year old parents

This was the second time we’ve stayed at this property. The first time was for our daughter’s wedding and this time was to host her baby shower. The renovated area behind the pool was spacious and afforded a beautiful setting to celebrate this special occasion.

Overall our stay was one of the best VRBO experiences. The host couldn’t be more responsive and wonderful to work with from start to end.The house is absolutely perfect for all ages. Extremely inviting, very well stocked beyond any home I’ve ever stayed at. The small touches like everything you could need in the bathrooms, kitchen, for the pool, beach, you name it.If you’re looking for a home fully equipped, great family or couples retreat, thus is it! Book it and enjoy!
