Featuring a main house and casita, it comfortably sleeps up to 24 guests. Enjoy outdoor living with a fire pit, outdoor kitchen, and large TV. Close to Oceanside Beach and LEGOLAND CA, this is the perfect destination for your next family adventure.
The Space:
The main house offers six bedrooms and three bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 16 guests. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a crib, and a private deck with stunning sunset views. There are five additional bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed. One of the bedrooms includes three double beds, ideal for larger groups or children.
The detached casita provides two additional bedrooms and one bathroom, a full kitchen, a living area, and a deck, accommodating an additional eight guests. Both casita bedrooms offer king-size beds. The living area in the casita has an entertainment center and additional sleeping options.
Outside, you'll find an infinity pool with a 90-foot water slide, a hot tub, a fire pit with Adirondack chairs, a putting green, a basketball court, cornhole, and ping pong. There is also an outdoor 70-inch TV, a pergola, and hammock chairs. For dining and entertainment, there is a full outdoor kitchen, an upper patio with a fire table, and a game room with a pool table, foosball, a smart TV, and a sectional sofa.
The gourmet indoor kitchen is equipped with a breakfast bar and a dining table. Family-friendly amenities include a kids’ play area with a sand pit and trampoline.

We had such a fun stay at this property! The pictures don’t even come close to doing it justice. It was so thoughtfully set up, with every little detail covered. The space was both comfortable and fun, perfect for relaxing and enjoying time together.My 10-year-old daughter especially loved the waterslide. It was HUGE and such a blast. Definitely one of the highlights of our trip. Again, the pictures don’t capture how great it really is!Kevin, the host, was wonderful. He was kind, responsive, and accommodating. He even offered us an early check-in and late check-out, which made our trip even smoother.We will absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, comfortable getaway that can easily accommodate a larger group.

The reason we chose this home was for the backyard. We came with family and friends for our children’s spring break. We have children ranging from the age of 2-15. The children loved the slide, trampoline and pool lay structure.
Overall the home is equipped for single people wanting to hang out. I say this because there were items lacking ( kitchen towels, pool towels, laundry detergent, a set of kitchen knives).
The home is nice but there is a lot of wear and tear on the property. Broken window curtains, railings, doors). The small house appears under repair/ construction.
The pool and jacuzzi were the selling point for us and a disappointment. We paid extra per day to have the pool heated and it stayed hot one day. The jacuzzi only worked on the first day we arrived. We stayed 3 nights. The pool guy did come on our last day but the pool never was heated the way it was on our first day there.
Would we come back? The children unanimously said “Yes”. The adults of the group said “ Yes-if the pool and jacuzzi situation were remedied”
