Our commitment to enhancing your celebrations comes with a clear fee structure:
Up to 40 guests: Additional $2250
40-60 guests: Additional $3500
60-80 guests: Additional $5000
80-100 guests: Additional $6,500
Please Note:
For the comfort and safety of all our guests, the maximum occupancy for events is capped at 100 guests. Additionally, all events must include a minimum 3-day booking through our online listing.

We couldn’t have picked a better place to celebrate a major milestone like retirement. This house absolutely delivered on everything we needed and then some. From the moment we walked in, it was clear the property was well cared for—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up for guests.The layout was perfect for relaxing and spending time together, whether it was morning coffee, evening drinks, or just unwinding after a long day. The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were comfortable, and the overall atmosphere struck that ideal balance between “home” and “getaway.”What really stood out was how seamless everything felt. Check-in was easy, communication was clear, and there were zero issues during our stay—which, frankly, is exactly what you want when you’re trying to enjoy something as meaningful as a retirement celebration.Bottom line: this place helped make a big life moment even better. Highly recommend, and we’d absolutely stay here again.

Best Vrbo experience we’ve had yet. Dylan provided impeccable customer service. I’ve never experienced a host so attentive. The house was clean, fully stocked and incredibly spacious. Highly recommend.
