The space

This entire home in Port Aransas accommodates up to 9 guests with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, offering room to spread out while staying connected. High ceilings, hardwood floors, and coastal décor shape an easygoing atmosphere throughout. Each bedroom opens to its own balcony, creating private outdoor moments to step outside and take in the surrounding coastal setting. TVs provide a simple way to unwind after long beach days, and in-home washer and dryer access adds convenience for extended stays.

The community also features a lagoon-style pool and a lake where fishing is available. Nearby beach access allows for spontaneous walks along the shore and relaxed days by the water.

Traveling with younger guests is made easier with family-focused amenities, including a Pack ’n Play or travel crib and a high chair. Extra pillows and blankets add comfort for guests of all ages.



Parking & longer stays

Free parking is available on the premises within the community, with space for multiple vehicles. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome, offering flexibility for extended coastal getaways.

Guest Access:

We offer convenient keyless door codes for self-check-in. Starkey Properties by Portoro uses smart locks with check-in details provided 48 hours prior to arrival by email and text message.



• Early check-ins or late check-outs: If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 4 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, in most cases an early arrival option may be available when confirmed with the main office. Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure.



City of Port Aransas - Beach Parking Permit Information:

To park along the beaches in the City of Port Aransas, a $12.00 permit is required. This applies to the area from Marker (0) to Marker (62). Beach parking stickers can be purchased at City Hall, the Chamber of Commerce, local grocery and convenience stores, as well as various vendors and businesses in town and on the beach. Free parking areas are available between the Jetties and Horace Caldwell Pier, as well as between Markers 52-58.



Please note: The property is accessible by golf cart, but golf cart travel is only permitted on the beach. Due to Port Aransas regulations, golf carts cannot access the bay side of Highway 361. Traveling between the property and town by golf cart along the beach typically takes about 20 minutes.
