The second level greets you with a welcoming main entrance that opens into two spacious bedrooms, a full bath, and a convenient laundry room. Both bedrooms boast private access to a delightful porch, elegantly furnished for outdoor relaxation and enjoyment of the fresh sea breeze.
Ascend to the third level, the heart of the home, where the open living area invites you to unwind. Featuring a comfortable sofa, loveseat, and TV, this space is ideal for movie nights with family and friends. The dining table accommodates five, with additional seating for four at the kitchen island.
