About this cottage rental
Set amidst 1.5 acres of beautiful, shared gardens, this delightful holiday cottage provides a perfect combination of modern amenities and countryside charm. It is ideal for families and groups, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests across 4 well-appointed bedrooms.
On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious living room equipped with comfortable seating, a Freeview TV, DVD player, and a dining area. The well-equipped kitchen/diner features modern appliances such as a dual-fuel cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, and a washing machine/tumble dryer, along with a large pine dining table that seats eight, perfect for family meals, with a highchair available for little ones.
Upstairs, the master bedroom boasts a 5ft bed and an en-suite shower room, with ample space for a cot. A second double bedroom with a 4ft 6in bed also includes an en-suite shower room. Additionally, there is a twin bedroom with two 3ft beds and a basin, while the bunk room features full-size bunks and a Velux window. A family bathroom completes this level. Guests can enjoy shared access to stunning grounds that include duck ponds, waterfalls, barbecue areas, and a children's play hut. Well-behaved dogs are welcome, but supervision is required due to free-roaming ducks and chickens. Parking for two cars is available, with extra space nearby if needed. We had a fantastic stay at this charming cottage! The gardens were beautiful, and our kids loved playing in the children's play hut, The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare family meals, Highly recommend!
