• Please return the key/pass to its designated location before check-out.

• Lost, damaged, stolen, or unreturned keys/passes will result in a $75 replacement fee, which will be charged to the reservation.

• Any additional fees assessed by the HOA for replacement or reprogramming may also be passed on to the guest.

Guests booking during this time should be aware of this seasonal factor before making a reservation, as it is a well-known and unavoidable aspect of visiting Florida in the summer.
