Welcome to Florida Sanctuary! Professionally managed by Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals, this stunning 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom private pool home located in the sought-after community of Wellen Park, Venice.
This luxurious residence is beautifully decorated and designed for comfort and style. The spacious living room offers ample seating, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventuring. The chef's kitchen is a culinary dream, featuring a large island that makes meal preparation and entertaining a breeze.
The primary bedroom is a serene retreat with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, complete with a dual vanity and a walk-in shower. The second and third bedrooms both feature queen-size beds and share a well-appointed second bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The fourth bedroom also offers a queen-size bed and boasts its own private attached bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Owner mailbox not available for guest use. If you wish to receive mail during your stay, we recommend making arrangements with the local post office to secure a PO Box prior to your arrival. Amazon packages should be picked up at a local Amazon locker location.
Pool heating is optional, for an additional non-refundable fee of $25 per day + taxes to be paid directly to the management company after the reservation is confirmed. Pool heat request made after guest arrival will incur an additional $45 trip charge.
Your reservation may require you to fill out a Home Owners Association application that may request personal details. Any application fees required by the HOA are non-refundable.

The home is brand new and well designed. Great pool area and the location of the home in the neighborhood gives it privacy. Suggestions for host.Check in process with the Wellen CC is cumbersome. Our rental period started on March 1, a Saturday. The person who checks in the rentals does not work on Saturday or Sunday. You need to make an appointment with her from 11-1Pm or walk in hours 1-3 Mon - Fri It took us until Wednesday to get our gate pass and id passes that give you access to the fitness center. The WCC is aware of this issue with start dates on the weekends and spells out the process in its weekly Friday newsletter. This should be shared with renters prior to arrival., it includes the email address of the person whom you get your passes from.Host should create a folder regarding the use of the Tv's and wireless pool controller. It is not intuitive.Beware that you are dealing with a rental agency, not the host. Agency was very responsive but several issues could have been resolved quickly if I was dealing with the owner directly. Overall enjoyable month at Jadestone Ct.
