About this house rental
Casa Azul has it's own private saltwater pool (can be heated to 75°), 2 pool lounge chairs, outdoor dining table with an umbrella, charcoal grill and a fire pit with 4 Adirondack chairs!
(Pool heating fee $100 a week or 200 a month)
We have floats and noodles, and you can bring your own floats too! (We have a pool float pump too)
Can be heated, please request this when you book. (with a fee)
Please note pool guys come every Thursday afternoon to clean the pool. Please ensure the pool cage screen doors are unlocked so they can get in, Thank you :)
Dogs welcome (max of 3 and No cats)
-no aggressive breeds allowed
-must be potty trained
-any damage to the house or additional cleaning fees will be charged post stay if applicable
This charming beach house sleeps 6!
(We do allow up to 8 people to stay if you want to use couches or bring your own air mattress)
The space
The main suite is a King size bed, with a walk-in closet and a newly remodeled bathroom with a tile shower and dual shower heads. It also has a smart TV, sound machine and hair dryer.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed and has a smart TV with Roku. Luggage rack provided in the closet.
The third bedroom has 2 Twin beds and a Pack 'n Play/ high chair, in the closet. Smart Tv.
The Queen and Twin bedrooms share the hall bathroom. It is newly renovated with a tub with a tile surround. There is a hall linen closet with extra towels, pool towels and a pool float pump.
We have a full laundry room with bleach, detergent, stain remover, dryer sheets, iron and a clothing steamer.
The home is a split floor plan, with 2 bedrooms and one bath on the left side of the home, the living area is in the middle and the primary suite is on the right side.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all you need to cook and bake!
We have a coffee pot, Keurig coffee maker, coffee, coffee filters, toaster, blender and much more! (See pictures.)
The garage has beach chairs (6), beach blanket, beach umbrella, toys and games you are welcome to use on beach outings!
For added fun we have a full-size PING PONG table in the garage!
We are 25 to 30 minuets from several amazing beaches!
-Englewood Beach (Has a playground and lots of parking)
-Manasota Key (Crystal blue water)
-Venice Beach (Has food, good for finding Sharks teeth & has a lifeguard)

A note on dogs; we do allow dogs with a pet fee. Maximum of 3 small/ 3 medium dogs or 2 large breeds Dogs (no aggressive breeds allowed). The dogs must be under 70lbs. DOGS only allowed if host approved before check in with a $200 pet fee.

The home is 5min from large shopping complex, movie theater and restaurants! 25min to waterfront dining and bars. Within biking distance to the greenway. Hot springs are within 15min.

I loved the property, it was nice and clean, spacious for my family. We stayed 10 days on vacation.The property manager answered our messages quickly and was very attentive asking if we needed anything. Nice accommodations. We will be back again

The local Venice area is 30 minutes away as well as many of the surrounding beaches. We went and looked for sharks teeth.
The grocery store is 10 minutes away and there is just about any chain take out place within the same drive.
We brought our dog and had a nice time bringing her to some of the dog-friendly places around the area.
The house itself is very well stocked with basic needs, which are mentioned in the listing.
It's in a nice, quiet neighborhood. We never heard a peep from any neighbors. The street itself is more of a main road serving the neighborhood, but it wasn't a big deal.
We had a really nice time.

Casa Azul was convenient to many stores, restaurants and a great ice cream shop. It was a short distance for us to go to Punta Gorda for the market on Saturdays and to Fisherman’s Village. It wasn’t far for us to go to Venice for church and to Englewood for the beach and drum circle. We drove to Lido Key one day, for a guided kayak tour in the Mangroves. We enjoyed sitting by the pool and walking in the morning around the neighborhood. We had a great month at Casa Azul and our host was available for any questions.

We stayed at Casa Azul for the month of February 2024. Our goal was to get away from the northern weather. Mission accomplished!! Our stay was excellent. As with any home, there were a couple of minor issues that were quickly resolved by the our host Ashley. She was excellent and very responsive. The house is conveniently located while affording privacy. Would recommend this property and would rebook without hesitating.
