The property is fully furnished & linen is supplied, however you will need to supply your own beach towels, toiletries and consumables (e.g. kitchen/laundry detergent, sanitizer, toilet paper, garbage bags etc.).
- Outdoor Living: Relax and unwind in the outdoor patio space, perfect for soaking up the sun, self-catering / dining al fresco, or simply enjoying the fresh coastal breeze.

Booking Details: This property has a minimum night stay of 4 nights in low season and 7 nights in high season. Please check availability to see if the property is available for your desired dates.
Check-In/Check-Out: Please collect your keys from our Woodgate Beach First National office at 146 Esplanade, Woodgate Beach. Keys can be collected anytime between 2:00pm and 4:30pm Monday to Saturday and 1:00PM to 2:00PM Sunday. If you are arriving after hours, please phone our Woodgate Beach First National office and we can arrange for the keys to be left in our afterhours lockbox.

The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.

Overall we had an enjoyable week at this property, it is in a great location on the beachfront directly opposite Woodgate beach picnic tables and BBQ’s. The major downside was the lack of attention to cleanliness, on arrival we found the tile floor inside the house covered in white dog hair from the previous tenant, the floor tiles were filthy and resulted in black feet if we walked around with bare foot. We had to sweep & mop the entire house. Yes we had a great time but house & yard do need some TLC.

A very enjoyable experience. The house was fitted out with every appliance and more that we required. We did not realise that there were two separate dwelling but that arrangement was perfect. The house was very neat,tidy and clean. The location was what we hoped for. The gentle sound of the ocean and the never ending airconditioning made for a relaxing time.i would have no hesitation in recommending this property to anyone.The pub trivia night was a blast.

The house needs pest control ants were terrible new micowave .new blinds in the 2 bedroom room .the garden was absolutely a mess .the unit stunk terrible .needs airing
