The property is fully furnished, however you will need to supply your own linen, towels, toiletries and consumables (e.g. kitchen/laundry detergent, sanitizer, toilet paper, garbage bags etc.).
- Outdoor Living: Relax and unwind in the outdoor patio space, perfect for soaking up the sun, self-catering / dining al fresco, or simply enjoying the fresh coastal breeze.

Pet-Friendly: Yes, this property is pet friendly for a maximum of 2 outdoor only dogs, however, please complete your own due diligence for your fencing requirements.
Booking Details: This property has a minimum night stay of 3 nights in low season and 7 nights in high season. Please check availability to see if the property is available for your desired dates.
Check-In/Check-Out: Please collect your keys from our Woodgate Beach First National office at 146 Esplanade, Woodgate Beach. Keys can be collected anytime between 2:00pm and 4:30pm Monday to Saturday and 1:00PM to 2:00PM Sunday. If you are arriving after hours, please phone our Woodgate Beach First National office and we can arrange for the keys to be left in our afterhours lockbox.

This property is in the perfect location just metres to the beachAnd a short stroll to the bowls club. Water views from the front verandah all add up to a perfect getaway !! Would happily stay here again

BBQ dirty house very musty some glasses cups dirtyDownstairs bathroom was fairly pointless as had to go outside and down stairs to utilise it No room in living area lounge was very uncomfortable and no room for a dining table which would be hard for famililiesHowever it was as it was and we had a good time maybe let people with famililies know that the living area is a bit tight
