Situated on the upper floor of a winemaker’s house that includes the winery and the owners’ living quarters, you’ll be charmed by the large, secluded terrace (with direct access from the living room and one of the bedrooms), featuring breathtaking views of the vineyards and, on clear days, all the way to the Alps and Mont Blanc. The owners will give you a warm welcome and have furnished the cottage with great care to make your stay as comfortable as possible. On the first floor: separate entryway with access to the garage and stairs leading to the cottage on the upper floor. Upstairs: a large, bright living area with a sunroom and terrace. A very well-equipped kitchenette, dining area, and sitting area. Two bedrooms (one for two people and one for three), a bathroom, a separate toilet, and a laundry room. The terrace features outdoor furniture with lounge chairs and a barbecue. Parking (three spaces). One vehicle can be parked in the garage. Ideal for exploring the Beaujolais region and its many treasures. The property is located near shops (in Cercié or Villié-Morgon) and event venues (for weddings, etc.). Easily accessible from Exit 30 of the A6 highway in Belleville-sur-Saône.
