The property was lovely and as shown on the website. The village is in a great location to visit this region and we took advantage of this by visiting lots of other villages, towns and vineyards. We also went to Annecy which is within 2 hours drive. Would recommend to those wanting a relaxing time in a quiet location. Patricia was the perfect host.

The charm of the “Gite Pot of Wine is matched by the charm of its warm, friendly generous owner Patricia Grolet. The cottage is located in Lancie, a small town on the outskirts of Fleurie in the heart of the Beaujolais “Grand Cru” country. The cottage is much more spacious than the photos indicate with large rooms both upstairs and down. It was spotlessly clean when we arrived. The beds were the most comfortable we have encountered during our many trips to France.The WiFi was lightening fast and reliable.The kitchen is huge and well equipped. We hit a parch of bad weather so we could not enjoy the pretty garden; however it was lovely to look at from the coziness of the cottage. The Beaujolais country is a “must visit” for any wine lover. It is beautiful area with delightful people who seem to genuinely enjoy having foreign visitors. Thank you Patricia for making our introduction to your special part of the world a memorable one.

The property was in a quiet location, with a private garden and parking. The village had a general store for bread, croissants etc. Patricia, the owner, was very welcoming and helpful. After the first couple of days she texted to make sure everything was ok. The property was clean, comfortable and very well equipped. There is a train station within easy reach and good connections to Lyon and Mâcon.

We only had two nights in this delightful, character cottage, but it was enough to know that we will be back. Superbly appointed, ideally situated in the Burgundy countryside, yet only a few kilometres from the Macon metropolis. Thankyou Patricia, and a bientot.

Wir hatten zwei wunderbare Wochen in diesem sehr charmanten Ferienhaus, das in einem kleinen Ort inmitten von Weinfeldern liegt. Die Gastgeberin Patricia ist sehr entgegenkommend und nett; obwohl unsere Ankunft verkehrsbedingt sehr spät war, hat sie uns dennoch herzlich in Empfang genommen und ist, nachdem sie erfahren hat, dass wir nichts zu essen dabei hatten, sogar noch einmal nach Hause gefahren und hat uns ein paar Eier, Brot und Käse gebracht. Wow! Das Haus ist durchgehend mit liebevoll ausgesuchten Ausstattungsdetails bestückt, in jeder Ecke kann man wunderbare Flohmarktfunde und charmante Dinge entdecken. Die Schlafzimmer und das Bad befinden sich in der ersten Etage und sind sehr sauber und ordentlich. Wir haben schon lange nicht mehr so gut geschlafen, die Matratzen sind zwar etwas kurz, liegen sich aber wunderbar. Das Bad verfügt über eine tolle Dusche mit zwei unterschiedlichen Brauseköpfen und zwei Waschbecken - auch hier kann man die Liebe zum Detail wunderbar erkennen. Die Toilettenspülung im Obergeschoß ist etwas anspruchsvoll in der Bedienung, dafür umso geräuschvoller – aber sehr liebenswürdig. Die Küche erinnert an eine Arbeitsküche mit ihrem Industrie-Wasserhahn, den ich wirklich gerne auch zu Hause hätte. In den Schränken befinden sich die Waschmaschine mit einem riesigen Volumen und eine kleine Spülmaschine für Besteck, Tassen und kleine Teller, zudem eine ausreichend praktikable Ausstattung an Geschirr und Besteck. Wie in nahezu jedem Ferienhaus gilt allerdings auch hier: bringen Sie sich vielleicht ein oder mehrere gute Messer mit – oder verbessern Sie Ihre Oberarmmuskulatur. Der Ort selbst ist ruhig und friedlich, die Nachbarn bekommt man kaum mit und man kann fußläufig ein kleines, aber recht gut ausgestattetes Lädchen in der Nähe der Kirche erreichen. Für einen ruhigen Urlaub mitten in Frankreich ein idealer Platz. Wie schön, dass wir hier sein konnten, ganz herzlichen Dank!

Location tout à fait conforme au descriptif. Petit bémol : la vaisselle (quelques grandes assiettes et des verres en plus seraient les bienvenus). Mais cela n'a pas nuit à notre séjour 😉 Nous recommandons sans problème ce gîte !

Tout fût parfait. De l'accueil de Patricia, à la qualité de la propriété, en passant par sa situation au milieu des vignes. Cette maison est parfaite pour un séjour de détente dans cette belle région. Nous voyageons avec nos 2 chiens et l'extérieur étant clôturé ce fût un bonheur pour nos 2 toutous. Merci à Patricia et Jacky de nous avoir permis de passer un excellent moment à Lancié. Nous reviendrons.

Jolie petite maison décorée avec énormément de goût comme le montre les photos et surtout avec un merveilleux jardin. On a profité de l'extérieur à chaque heure de la journée (et un peu de la nuit). Un espace protégé, plein de fleurs et d'oiseaux.... Les environs sont superbes aussi, on peut faire des tas de promenade sans avoir besoin de prendre la voiture. Et cerise sur le gâteau, on trouve tout au village. On a vraiment pu se poser. Super régénérant ! Merci Patricia

Schön von innen renoviertes Ferienhaus, beidseitig angebaut. 3 tolle Zimmer mit guten Betten, gepflegtes Bad, großes Wohn/Esszimmer, alles äußerst sauber. Küchenausstattung durchschnittlich aber noch ausreichend. Tolle Terrasse, schöner abgeschlossener Garten mit Sitzgruppe, gutes WLAN. PKW und Fahrräder können im abgeschlossenen Hof geparkt werden. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin - es hat einfach alles gepasst. Gerne kommen wir wieder. Grüße nach Lancié ;-))

Bonjour Patricia, Tout d'abord je vous souhaite une belle et heureuse année 2019 ! Nous avons passé un excellent moment dans votre gîte, du plus petit aux plus grands. Moments chaleureux que les lieux ont accompagné. Nous y étions bien comme dans une maison familiale. Confort, chaleur, intimité , espace, le sapin clignotait sous les yeux émerveillés du plus petit d'entre nous. Quant au jardin bien que la saison ne s'y prêtait pas mais il donnait envie de s'y attarder, notre ami à quatre pattes l'avait bien compris ! Très cordialement Sylvie

Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt in diesem geräumigen, schönen, mit viel Liebe und Geschmack eingerichtetem Haus. Patricia ist aufgeschlossen, unkompliziert und sehr sympathisch. Originell fanden wir auch, die grosse Tafel, vollgeschrieben mit wertvollen Tips. Die Lage des Hauses ist ideal. Ruhig, inmitten des Weingebietes und doch nicht weit weg von Cluny, Lyon und anderen historischen Städten. Das Grundstück bietet viel Privatsphäre. Es kann mit einem Tor verschlossen werden. Somit eignet es sich auch gut für Familien mit Kindern oder einem Hund. Eric und Erika

Das Haus (Teil eines alten Wohn- oder Lagerhauses) hat alles, was man braucht. Garten und Haus sind mit viel Charme renoviert. Très jolie maison spacieuse décorée avec goût (meubles design) et un grand jardin fermé. Cuisine bien équipée avec du bon matériel, litterie neuve très confortable. Les cd et les livres étaient choisis avec goût et égayent le séjour. L'accueil de Patricia était super. Rapport qualité/prix excellent. Je conseille cette location pour tous ceux qu'ils veulent se ressourcer au milieu des vignes du Beaujolais.

Nous avons passé une semaine magnifique dans ce gîte d'exception. Situé dans le vignoble, il est très propre et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Patricia l'a décoré avec des objets vintages ce qui lui donne son originalité. Nous n'avons perçu aucune nuisance sonore. Un lieu de séjour idéal pour recharger ses batteries et se requinquer, soit dans la cour bien close et à l'abri des regards, soit dans les chemins à travers le vignoble. Patricia et Jacky sont des hôtes accueillants qui nous ont reçu avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de générosité. Nous gardons un agréable souvenir de ce séjour hélas trop court et avons hâte de renouveler notre séjour. Merci encore pour votre accueil et à bientôt. Amitiés Jean-Claude et Samantha
