The house consists of several floors arranged along the mountainside and on different levels, with the main floor (70 m²)

From this level, there is access to an open-air terrace (100 m²) with spectacular views of the city of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria; it is equipped with everything needed to enjoy a day outdoors.
The public parking lot located right off the road is spacious; however, while there is a drop-off area near the property, vehicles cannot reach the property itself—you must walk 50 meters along a path.

The house was as depicted in the ad, and the rooms were clean. The communication with the host was excellent. She answered my questions quickly, and had lots of useful tips on how to get there, for activities in the vicinity, and for longer excursions on the island. We were there in March partly during a storm, so could not fully take advantage of the nice outdoor area / terrace.
