R1 zoning requires that no more more than 4 unrelated people occupy the property at any time. Ocean City requires Guests to fill out and sign a document detailing all Guests, ages and relations. This is strictly enforced. Upon booking, Coastal Resort Sales & Rentals will send a form to be completed and returned by the booking Guest.
As a thank you for staying with Coastal Resort Sales and Rentals in Ocean City, MD we offer each reservation a complimentary welcome beach bag which includes paper towels, bathroom tissue, laundry and dish detergents, trash bags, and even bathroom toiletries!
