About this apartment rental

Park your car and leave it for the week! This spacious, beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath, condo located in East of the Sun is close and within walking distance to everything you need to enjoy a week or more at the beach! After spending your days on the beaches of Fenwick Island, Delaware or Ocean City, Maryland, enjoy the community pool that is only steps from your front door, or play a game of tennis.

This unit is convenient to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, miniature golf, bicycle rentals, and ice cream shops. Surrounded by quiet streets to walk and bike along bayfront. You can even walk to a great cafe in the morning for your coffee and breakfast. Enjoy the large deck that overlooks a calm stream that flows through the community. There is plenty of parking and the unit is equipped with everything to make your stay like home. NO smoking, NO Pets.
In the summer high season (Memorial Day to Labor Day) we only accept weekly rentals.

The owner's communication was excellent from our original booking request throughout checkout. The property itself was the perfect layout for gathering family together but maintaining the ability to have private space as well. We would have appreciated knowing there were beach chairs available and we would need to bring our own linens from the website listing of amenities instead of finding out through info sent with check-in info 3 days out. I wish we had taken pictures to add to the property listing - balcony with furniture and shade umbrella were great, as were the dining table and kitchen barstools - but, we were too busy taking advantage of the short walk to the lighthouse, the beach, restaurants, etc.. Highly recommend and would definitely book again!
