Welcome to The Retro Razorback Resort, a charming historic Fayetteville home that's been fully renovated to the ultimate getaway! When you enter our home, you'll feel totally immersed into Razorback culture as our house is filled with antique and unique collectibles and decor from generations of Hog fans. Our living area features a cozy den where the sofa, large
Smart TV, and gas fireplace set the tone. This space is great for entertaining - including a multitude of windows, a cocktail bar area, pool table, window seats, and plenty of Hog themed board games.
Our kitchen and dining room feature more large windows that peer to our epic back yard space, brand new appliances, and is fully stocked with all amenities for your crew. Includes 8-person dining table, large kitchen island, and bar window seating.
Our back yard is where all the fun is! Your crew is sure to send hours outside enjoying a game of pickle ball, practicing your form on our putting green, playing baggo, relaxing in the hot tub, or sharing a meal in the outdoor kitchen with built in BBQ grill. The back yard can be enjoyed all season as the entire yard is turfed.
When it is time to turn in for the night, choose between one of our four bedrooms:
(1) Our primary bedroom is upstairs and has a King bed, Smart TV, seating area, plenty of closet space, and an attached full bathroom with double vanity.
(2) Our second King bedroom is downstairs and has a King bed, desk/vanity, access to the back yard, and a nearby half bath.
(3) The third bedroom is upstairs and has a Queen bed, mural of Old Main, and a nearby full bathroom.
(4) The fourth bedroom is upstairs and has a Full-size bed and a Twin-size bed and a nearby full bathroom.

Guest Access & Amenities:
Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.

- This property is not pet-friendly. Pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.
- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.
- Refunds for unused services such as pet fees, event fees, early check‑in, and late check‑out fees, are subject to the same cancellation policy that applies.

The number one reason we booked was the pickleball court in the back yard. The home also had plenty of room for our group of 2 sets of parents and 2 college students. The only downside was that the of the 2 king bedrooms, the one downstairs had to share the only downstairs bathroom (a half bath) with the household, and had sliding barn doors that did not completely cover the door opening so not complete privacy. The upstairs king suite was amazing though and the 2 additional upstairs bedrooms were cozy but adequate. The house was equipped with everything we needed for our stay and I would highly recommend!

Wow! We had such a great time spending our weekend at this amazing house! Group of moms and kids here for a campus tour and UArk campus tour. Enjoyed the front yard chairs, the putting green, the pickleball court- all of it. Located in such a fabulous part of the town on a quiet street right by the football stadium.

This is a beautiful property. We had a great stay. Beds are very comfortable and everything is high end. We were a bit frustrated upon arrival that the hot tub was not filled or working. This was addressed to our satisfaction, although it was a bummer after we had confirmed there would be a working hot tub. The other outdoor amenities were snow covered but we were able to borrow a snow shovel and clear the pickleball court for use. Having a snow shovel at the house would be a good idea. Overall, a very nice stay and we were very comfortable. The late checkout was appreciated.
