Also walkable to the entertainment district and the U of A campus, our home is at the center of all the fun! At home, enjoy amenities for up to 10 guests in our spacious 4 bed/3bath home including two living spaces, gorgeous kitchen, formal dining space, patio space, and a large yard.

★ Free parking for about 5 cars right off square!
★ 4 private bedrooms & additional fold out couch to sleep 10 guests.

★ Please note that this home is a duplex and only 1 side is included in this rental.
Welcome to Rock The Block - step inside to see our newly remodeled cozy home. Our main living area features plush seating, a fireplace, and a large Smart TV. For additional space, head upstairs to find another living area with a large Smart TV and more seating. When you're not indulging in Fayetteville's awesome food scene, you'll be able to whip up your favorite dishes in our fully stocked kitchen and dine in our formal dining space.
In the back yard, enjoy the fresh air by relaxing on the patio or utilizing the yard space.
When it is time to turn in for the night choose between our 5 beds:
(1) The primary suite features a King bed, Smart TV, and large ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi tub.
(2) The second bedroom upstairs has a King bed, closet, and a nearby bathroom.
(3) The third bedroom is also upstairs and has a King bed, closet, and nearby bathroom.
(4) The fourth bedroom has a Queen bed, closet, and a nearby bathroom.
(5) There is also a fold out couch that is a Queen size in the upstairs common space.

Guest Access & Amenities:
Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.

- No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000.
- This property is not pet-friendly. Pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.
- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.
- Refunds for unused services such as pet fees, event fees, early check‑in, and late check‑out fees, are subject to the same cancellation policy that applies.

This property was perfect for our family! We had six adults and one toddler and the space was excellent for all of us. The kitchen was well equipped and easy to use. We walked to the square several times for coffee and shopping. Highly recommend this property!

This home is gorgeous! It was very comfortable and the location is amazing. We would stay there again. I want to share that this is marketed as a driveway that holds four cars and you can also park a car in the garage. The driveway is very steep. We tried to park a sedan in the driveway and it bottomed out. We were hauling a UHAUL. There was no way we could back it onto the driveway. You can’t park on the street. Management knew we were going to be hauling a trailer and the driveway was never mentioned as a potential issue. When we contacted management they couldn’t give us any parking options. This created a good deal of stress.Here’s my advice! Book and enjoy this amazing home if you’ll be bringing three or less SUV’s.

Had a great time. House was very nice and homey feeling. Great location. Only negative is the traffic noise from the street that you can hear all night from the master on main floor.
