The bi-fold doors from the living area open out on to the barbecue/entertainment area. Relax and take in the stunning ambience overlooking the main communal pool and the lawned/tree lined access way which leads down to the second swimming pool with shade sail. The lower level outdoor deck is an ideal alfresco setting to enjoy your morning and afternoon coffees.
The master bedroom on the upper level has plenty of room and an ensuite providing a bath/spa. The 2 additional bedrooms are located on the lower level, with access to a spacious second bathroom. A separate laundry area is well equipped for guest use.

Location was close to the beach and quiet...certainly large enough for 2 Adults and our 2 children.
Property was a little on the dirty side with dust and and a few lights not working etc..
