This large Yellowfin Villa has a lagoon frontage and scenic countryside views at the rear. It is a modern villa with spacious living and entertainment area on the upper level, including balcony area with outdoor furniture for you to socialise and enjoy the barbecue facilities.
The Villa provides a high standard of living, has reverse cycle air conditioning, spacious living area and well equipped kitchen facilities. Make use of the coffee machine and have your cuppa on the upper or lower decks whilst taking in the water features and birdlife on the lagoon.
The Yellowfin features 3 bedrooms, all with wardrobes and ceiling fans and can accommodate up to 8 guests. From the master bedroom on the upper level take in views of the rolling hills and horses grazing in the adjacent fields. The master comes with an ensuite with bath and separate shower. The second and third bedrooms are located on the lower level and have access to a generous size bathroom with toilet, vanity and shower.
The Villa is located in resort style accommodation in a secured gated community setting – great for the kids to explore the walking paths, native environment and play areas. In addition to the lagoon, the complex offers landscaped gardens maintained by an onsite caretaker, 2 communal swimming pools, reserve area, kid’s playground, a basketball ring and bike track. The resort is set alongside a secluded bay with a beautiful white sandy beach which is accessed via a board walk from the resort. Within walking distance of the well known Normanville jetty and Beach Café where you can enjoy a treat.
All the while the kids are safe and sound exploring the walking paths, native environment and play areas South Shores provides.
Just a short distance to the Normanville and Yankalilla townships, where you can experience the local bakeries and pub meals, cafes and takeaway eateries and access supermarkets for your grocery shopping.
The Links Lady Bay Resort, including the renowned Links Golf Course is close by.
Various sporting opportunities, bushwalking, fishing and local wineries to visit. Also enroute to Cape Jervis, Kangaroo Island and about 30 minutes to Victor Harbor.

MARRI was fantastic, very helpfull and went above and beyond to help... we have a 10month old and there was a problem with a travelling cot. Gary and Marri assisted us and organised. Thank you !!

We absolutely loved Villa 94, the best positioned villa in south shores. Where you can see lagoon and hill side. Beautiful facilities and ample room. We will definitely return
