Tamara was absolutely wonderful. Pool and hot tub were appreciated by everyone had some wonderful excursions. Loved being able to leave condiments in fridge rather than throwing away. Lovely vacation Thank youAversa family

Great house, super close to the beach. Hot tub and pool were great! Kitchen had all the necessities, right down to the spices for a home cooked meal when we didn't feel like going out to dinner. Can't beat the location. Highly recommend!

10/10 ... Excellent location, close to the beach and not too far away from St. Augustine. And the routes into town are very easy. There are a couple of restaurants near by, but a grocery store is close as well so it was easy to stock up for the 6 days we were there. The heated pool and hot tub were exactly what some New Englanders needed to escape from the snow for a little bit. One small issue with the pool was quickly fixed with one text message to the hose. We plan to come back in October and will definitely reserve this location again for a family wedding next year!

Great communication from the host, house was clean, well maintained and had everything we needed including puddle jumpers for the kids and beach toys! The hot tub was awesome and pool was warm enough to enjoy this time of year which was nice!
