In the heart of South Beach art deco Ocean Drive. The apartment is brand new, just renovated There is is a a king size bed with a very comfortable firm mattress .and there is a sofa bed The kitchen has a conventional microwave , fridge, induction cooktop . A.C There is a washer /dryer on the same floor.

The property was in an excellent location, right across the street from the beach. Husband loved the outside gym, free to public. Loved the walking path along the beach. The room is close to restaurants and public transportation. The security personal for the building were extremely helpful. Just a few things to consider, didn’t bother us but would have liked to know when booking. This room is located on the “side street” of the building, which can get loud with foot traffic at all times of day and night. The room doesn’t get “dark“ due to lighting on the street. I would have liked more variety of towels for the room ( no hand towels, kitchen towels, and only 2 washcloths) However, washer and dryer were conveniently located takes quarters $2.00 per wash and dry. Overall, this was great for a first timer to South Beach, we will return and would love to stay at Ogla’s property again.

The room is nothing fancy but is as described. Perfect location right by the beach, all the restaurants on ocean drive, and the room is located right on ground level. It is one of the first rooms when you walk in.

This was a cute efficiency with private bath and a TUB! Building was secure, with front desk presence until late and starting at 8. Kitchen was useful with full size fridge. Bed comfortable. Very central to shopping, little Havana and art deco sections. Alot of local nightlife and restaurants around. Laundry on site. Easy to access rides, taxi etc. Beach was beautiful and right across the street. Owner was helpful and accessible. Wifi not completely connected for the week same with cable. Owner was responsive but unable to correct. Newly renovated, all white. I would stay again. Thank you Olga!

The location of this property is great. Right across from the beach and at the heart of Ocean Blvd. The room is a bit run down. Not much insofar as amenities. Window latch stuffed with tissue, loose sink handles and tub faucet, hair dryer that only works on low, no kleenex, but most strangely, a television that kept turning on by itself. (4 times while we were sleeping on Saturday night). Door man wasn't very friendly and we got to listen to a guy yell violently at a female in their room and possibly punch a wall. It was a short vacation to enjoy the weather so it fit our needs adequately enough. Luxury, no. Location, absolutely.
