Apartment is super well stocked and clean, beach towels and chairs were extremely helpful. Bed and sofa are comfy. Location is just perfect, walking distance to the beach, restaurants, ocean drive, etc.

The condo is 3 blocks from the beach and located in the upscale south Miami Beach area but also a block and a half away from 5th and Washington which is the south end of the central business district area of Miami Beach, the downtown area. So the location accesses two great areas of Miami Beach with a near by stop number to board the Miami Beach Trolley which gets you around all of Miami Beach free. This is a studio condo well furnished and included are amenities like a kitchen, WiFi, TV, a comfortable bed, a futon, a wash machine and dryer and beach chairs and towels. I would would rent this unit again.
