This amazing house in Columbia City offers 3 cozy bedrooms - one with a queen bed, two with bunk bed, and three with a bunk beds and a twin pull out trundle. 2 full bathrooms, this nice property also features a living room with an additional queen bed. Large kitchen with all tools you need for a home cooked meal. Or enjoy one of the many restaurants nearby. The finished 1/2 basement also has a sofa sleeper, tv, coffee bar, and a full bathroom. Guests can enjoy amenities like a washing machine, WiFi, AC, and heating during their peaceful stay. A great place to call home while enjoying beautiful lake view. Had a great time at the lake house and on the boat. Near by restaurants/bar & grills. Calm area. Owner is very respectful and communicative through the process (if needed)

No access to the water from the house (the dock is dilapidated) The closet/basement areas weren't clean and finished (questionable wiring) the parking was tight. The rooms were very small. The mattress was worn out.
The hosts were nice enough, although the previous tenants left meat in a cupboard, and when we followed our noses after a couple of days, we had to dispose of it ourselves. YUK. Apparently they were at work.
