About this apartment rental
The apartment is located on the second and top floor of a small, traditional building in the center of Florence. The apartment is ideal for two people; it’s very cozy and pleasant. It consists of an entryway from which, after climbing a few stairs, you enter the living room—which is very bright and comfortable—a small, well-equipped kitchen with everything you need, a double bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom opens onto a small terrace furnished with a small table and chairs. The bathroom is directly connected to the bedroom. The apartment is equipped with all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. The living room features a smart TV with Netflix in English (depending on the guest’s preference) and, of course, Wi-Fi internet access. The house is equipped with an air conditioner in every room. The kitchen includes a toaster, a kettle, and a Nespresso coffee machine with capsules included. There is also a washing machine and an iron.
Guests will be welcomed by a staff member who is available to assist with any questions or provide any information needed.
Check-in ends at 8:30 PM. After this time, check-in is possible for an additional fee. From 8:30 PM to 10:30 PM, the fee is 30.00 €. After 10:30 PM, the fee is 50.00 €. Payment must be made through Airbnb upon arrival.

I really enjoyed staying in this apartment, it is in the middle of everything. You walk outside there are cafe's, shops, restaurants galore and even though you are apart of the hustle and bustle of the city the apartment is a relaxing cool retreat. The hosts could not have been nicer or attentive. They checked on me during the stay and made it easy to check-in and out. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean and cute place right in the middle of all the action! Both the host and the gentleman who greeted us for the keys handoff and walk through were very kind and accommodating! They even helped us with dinner reservations at some great restaurants, where the locals dine. Only slight pain point was the small shower and space surrounding the potty. However, most spaces in Italy are typically smaller than in the US.
