We have a doorbell camera and exterior cameras in the backyard.
The maximum occupancy that is shown in the listing includes any and all visitors that will be at the home. Over-occupancy or unauthorized events will result in IMMEDIATE eviction without a refund. Any guest who refuses to vacate when instructed will be treated as a trespasser.
No parties, events, or gatherings over the listed occupancy are allowed under any circumstances. Bookings made under false pretenses will be denied access with no refund.
You must be 25 years of age or older to book one of our homes.
While we ask a series of screening questions to all guests, local guests are subject to additional screening steps, including a phone call. We reserve the right to cancel any guest reservations at our discretion.
Quiet hours are from 10PM until 8AM every day of the week. We have zero tolerance for noise complaints and multiple violations will result in immediate eviction without a refund.
No smoking or vaping inside of the home under any circumstances. You will incur an additional fee of $500 if you smoke within the home + the cost of any damages. If you smoke outdoors you must dispose of any debris safely, do not discard anything in the yard or patio.
No illegal substances or activities on the premises.
A starter amenity package is provided for each reservation. These items are intended as a complimentary starter supply only and may not be replenished during the stay.
Pets must be approved in advance. We charge a pet fee for up to 2 pets at all our pet friendly locations. If there is evidence of any undisclosed pets in the home (pet friendly or non-pet friendly), you will be charged for cleaning + any additional damages.
For stays longer than 21 days, we charge an additional cleaning fee. If the house is left in a state that requires additional cleaning, we will charge a fee that covers the additional expense.
Early check-in and late check out for up to 2 hours is available per calendar availability, at an additional cost. This must be requested through your boarding pass, and we will approve / decline after reviewing our cleaning schedule.
Do not tamper with smoke detectors, security devices, or Wi-Fi equipment.
If personal items are left behind a fee of $25 + shipping costs will be charged back to you.

Such a cute, clean home in a nice neighborhood. Lots of grocery, coffee, and restaurants very close by. 11 minute drive to Fort Jackson. Easy, quick communication with host and easy check in process.

We had a few problems with our stay. We were not informed that there would be construction going on in the front yard of the house while we were there. We were woken up just after 7am every morning but one to chainsaws, equipment and construction workers. The presence of the workers gave us no privacy as they were working in front of the bedroom windows. I messaged the property manager who offered a noise machine and ear plugs, I was not impressed. We honestly would not have stayed there had we been told about this construction and I'm pretty sure that is why they didn't tell us before our stay. No one goes on a vacation wants to be woken up to this so early in the morning. Property manager has signs of quiet hours from 10pm to 8am but I guess that is just for the guests to follow. We tried to find other accommodations but since we had our dog with us, we were not able to.
As for the house itself, it is what as advertised 3 bed, 2 bath. The game room cannot be accessed from the house you have to go outside and through the back yard to a separate door. The house was fairly clean, like surface clean. It could use a deep cleaning to address the baseboards, door trim and doors. It was nice not having to do a bunch of chores before checking out. Check in was easy and convenient. Replies from the property manager were prompt and address appropriately, except for the construction. The house was convenient to Fort Jackson and to Downtown.
