Great place located super close to fort Jackson for those coming to family day for graduation with many options for eating out near by. Host is very friendly and is willing to work with you. Super spacious for big groups with a calm neighborhood environment.

The description, communication, and location were excellent. The house is quite charming. We rented this home as the beginning to a family vacation as our daughter was graduating from USC. We stayed for 3 nights. There is ample room for a family, plenty of beds and bathrooms. We were pleased to find that the bedding appeared to be new. There is plenty of tableware, in case you order in. There is not much to cook with, and there were only 3 spoons. The home is in disrepair- it's certainly livable, but it is not comfortable. The shower floor is split in one of the bathrooms. If you intend to use the the couches for extra beds, we would recommend that you plan otherwise. The couches are dirty and the mattresses/mechanics of the pull out old. The floors were extremely dirty and we opted to wear shoes at all times. Much of the furniture is worse for wear. The point is, if you just need a place to stay this house is fine. But if you are looking for it to be a vacation stay, it isn't that. We traveled across the country to stay here and did not find it to meet the value for the cost and host fees.
