Coco'Studio is spacious, elegant, and luxurious, accommodating 1 to 4 guests.
Featuring breathtaking views of the 9-hectare tropical garden and coconut palms, the Coco'Studio offers direct access to the beach and a 1,200 m² private pool, where tropical birds and the sound of the waves in the evening will lull you into a dreamlike state throughout your stay.
The estate is fully secured and features an automatic gate and a security guard.
Your vacation at Coco'Studio will be one of absolute comfort! Coco'Studio is equipped with:
- a living/sleeping area with air conditioning
- a 140 cm bed with an orthopedic mattress for added comfort
- a flat-screen TV with a low cabinet
- a ventilated terrace equipped with a ceiling fan. The terrace is enclosed by electric roller shutters and features a sleeping area with a 140 cm BZ sofa bed, a dining area with a table for 2 to 4 people, and a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, induction cooktop, microwave with grill, large refrigerator with freezer compartment, sink, countertop, plenty of cabinets, dishes, silverware, and cookware, electric coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, etc.)
- a bathroom with a walk-in shower, hair dryer, and toilet, as well as a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board, storage closet, and safe.
For your convenience, you’ll have access to a secure outbuilding where you can store your luggage.
Free public Wi-Fi is available.
You will be welcomed on-site by our local representative, who will introduce you to the Coco'Studio and the Domaine de l'Anse des Rochers. She will also be available to explain how to use the amenities provided.
The apartment is rented with household linens (dish towels, kitchen apron, oven mitt); bed linens and bath linens are also provided (bath towels, beach towels). You’ll also receive a starter kit of household cleaning products.
You can take advantage of personalized, fee-based services on-site (end-of-stay cleaning, disinfection, etc.).
A car is required.
Pets are not allowed.
Rates are discounted based on the length of your stay and the date of booking.

Our host, Claudine who welcomed us was most amiable and helpful. The beach close by resembled an imagined paradise at various times during the day. Mornings before 10am and late afternoon by 4pm were peaceful with less people. Wonderful!However, all people we came across were good people. The restaurant on the beach offered snacks, sweets, breakfast, lunch and gourmet evening meals. We enjoyed a fabulous evening meal and a breakfast. We enjoyed being able to prepare food in our cozy apartment. Everything we needed was there in the kitchen. Great stay!

Great little place in a beautiful setting. It was clean, bed was comfortable, kitchen was well equipped for cooking, and the host was delightful. The beach and pool were only a short walk away, and were both lovely. It is a bit of a distance if you plan on exploring the west or north sides of the island.

My partner and I had a nice stay here. The private beach and pool were very nice. And the apartment was very modern and comfortable. There were just a few points that meant the stay wasn't as good as it could have been. The Wi-Fi was not very good. The signal strength and the speed were poor and certain websites (Netflix, for example) did not work with our phones at all. The main issue was the loss of water pressure in the holiday apartments 3 days (out of just a 5 day visit) during our stay. It slowed to just a trickle out of the taps and the shower would not work at all. Although the apartment looked like the photos on the listing, we found we could not have the shutters up to enjoy the view as much as we would like, because there were birds that would fly into the kitchen constantly. Finally the tennis courts mentioned in the listing were very run down and did not have nets. We understand that a lot of these issues are outside of the control of the property owner, but feel that these things (such as the state of the Wi-Fi and the tennis courts) could have been reflected more accurately in the description.
