You'll love this duplex apartment, cozy, functional and very well placed!
PRIME LOCATION ... IF NOT THE BEST
Ideally located in the Marina district of Saint-François, this duplex offers a prime location for your stay in Guadeloupe with quick walking access to many bars and restaurants, the Casino, the various shops and amenities (bank, post office , pharmacy etc ...), AND ABOVE ALL, to two beautiful beaches located within 250 meters walk from the apartment!
In summary, the car is not required during your stay! But if you fancy an escape, again not need to go far: every day, from the marina, excursions to neighboring islands.
A desire for fresh local fruits and vegetables? Satisfy the daily if you wish by going to the market at 300 meters ...
And for lovers of golf, come walk the beautiful green 18-hole International Golf of St Francis also a few steps!

The duplex can accommodate up to 4 people.

- Main room: sitting area including 1 sofa bed (convertible into 2 beds of 90 cm) and 2 armchairs, a flat screen TV (80 cm) with integrated TNT
- Shower room / WC with every comfort: storage furniture, bathroom scales, hair dryer, laundry basket WITH TOWELS AND PROVIDED BATH
- Loggia with kitchen: stove, combined fridge / freezer, microwave oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, dishes and kitchen utensils, washing machine, drying room, table + 4 chairs.
UPSTAIRS: BEDROOM LOFT HEATED
A double 160cm bed (linens provided) with mosquito net, a cupboard and a desk.
At disposal: Folding beach chairs, mask, fins, snowshoeing set ranges.
All linen is fully furnished.
INTERNET ACCESS: WIFI 2 networks to choose from, that of the residence and the box via the apartment

Indications claires et réelles concernant la localisation et environnement. Patricia et son mari sont très gentils, avenants et arrangeants. L appartement est doté de tout ce qu il faut pour un agréable séjour. A refaire sans hésitation

Logement fonctionnel : tout y est, bon couchage. Bien situé : proximité de la Marina, et donc un peu bruyant.

Cet appartement est agréable à vivre.
On y trouve tout y compris un lave linge.
La cuisine loggia est bien aérée.
La décoration créole est jolie.
La chambre à l’étage est vaste avec une bonne literie et une climatisation.
L’accueil est attentionné.
Nous avons passé un bon séjour.

Bonne adresse pour un séjour , le logement est conforme à la description , un peu bruyant du faite de sa situation en centre ville , très bon accueil par Patricia , la maman de Sarah .
