Our Apartment Tbis is located on the 1st floor in the private residence, classified and starred (R. Hôtelière) "Les Boucaniers" in Saint-François (Residence with swimming pool)
The very light and ventilated and air conditioned apartment of a real capacity of 4 people + 1 (baby), has a loggia overlooking the tropical garden side kitchen and sea view marina side entrance.
It consists :

- an air-conditioned room with bed 2 people + bedding HD NEUVE closed by sliding doors, sofa + corner tv
- an independent closed space composed of 2 beds bunk beds with large dressing room
- a fully equipped kitchen:
- washing machine
- microwave oven toaster, toaster, refrigerator, vitro cooktop, traditional coffee maker and TASSIMO
(Chocolate-tea-coffee welcome pads provided...)
- a bathroom w-c-hair dryer
(to guarantee you a comfortable stay, all of our equipment is new and changed very regularly)

The site is secure, quiet and without nuisance, it has a private access overlooking the Marina, the Cocoteraie beach (Anse-Champagne) and the lagoon (a few meters only)

The fishing port and the Maritime station are within walking distance for departures to Marie Galante, La Désirade, Les Saintes.

Roger and Christelle were very communicative and just a lovely host couple. The apartment is really functional and we enjoyed our time there very much.
The swimming pool at this property is top notch and provided refreshment to us daily. The appliances are very good and we had everything we needed.

Arrivée vraiment très bien gérée, avec ce qu'il faut pour commencer les vacances.. café, thé, sucre, ainsi que les basiques pour l'entretien.
Départ facilité par un ménage de fin de séjour, une corvée de moins!
Appartement cosy, joliment décoré, fonctionnel, il ne manque rien pour y passer d'excellentes vacances.
La situation de l'appartement est idéale, à 50 mètres de la marina et de ses nombreux restaurants et départs d'activités.
Un seul bémol : aux abords de la piscine, une femme d'un certain âge, qui réside sur place, se montre franchement désagréable avec les enfants. Plusieurs mamans, dont moi-même, en ont fait les frais. Un jeune père y jouait en compagnie de sa fille de 5/6 ans, quand cette dame, très contrariée par les rires, lui a conseillé de(ne pas)l'étouffer...
Ambiance !
Mais à part ça, l'eau de la piscine est parfaite, et les jardins luxuriants.
C'est vrai , le logement n'est pas très grand, mais la terrasse/cuisine/pièce-à-vivre de cet appartement est un atout. et puis, avec un climat comme ça, on est tout le temps dehors !
De chouettes vacances, un logement d'un honnête rapport qualité-prix,
à recommander en général et surtout pour son emplacement !

Studio situé à côté de la marina et du golf
Pas très fonctionnel ,absence de rangement , four très juste et micro ondes compliqué à utiliser
nombreuses coupures d eau empêchant la toilette du soir et l utilisation de la machine à laver
Pas de lave vaisselle
A l arrivée panier d accueil sympathique
Literie confortable sauf enfants
Climatisation uniquement dans la chambre qui est la pièce principale , la cuisine étant en fait sur le balcon
