About this bed and breakfast
(VERY IMPORTANT: This is a lovely efficiency apartment. You will NOT have the entire home to yourself! If this is fine with you, read on....) "Quiet" has a large bedroom with a Queen bed and a private bathroom on the lower level of the owner's newly built log home. The apartment has a kitchenette and small dining area and includes a light Continental Breakfast with the nightly rate. The breakfast is left in the mini-fridge and on the counter for your self-service. If you require a more robust breakfast, please consider bringing some of your own foods to be heated in the microwave. WiFi is available. There is outdoor seating, a chiminea, a grill, and a (shared) hot tub for guests' use. This accommodation is nestled on the border of Yellowwood State Forest with 40 acres of wooded property to explore and lots of nearby hiking trails. "Quiet" is situated halfway between Bloomington/IU and the artist village of Nashville. (Ask about booking both “Peace” and “Quiet” apartments together for larger groups.)

Room overall was good. A bit musty and had a slight smokey smell. Bed sank in the middle.

We enjoyed our stay. It was quiet and away from normal tourist hotels. The breakfast items left were convenient however we had to go buy coffee for coffee maker. We tend to like a cooler room and the windows worked well to allow a cool sleep. My only suggestion would be add an air purifier as the room smelled of stale cigarette smoke. We bought a candle and it helped. Overall I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again.
