Anika was very sweet and helpful. She gave us information about the area, directions to local scenic spots, and was always quick to respond (and very nice when we locked our keys in!). The loft was cozy and charming, everything worked well, and the atmosphere was fun - plus, chickens! We would definitely stay again.

Our stay at "The Hideout" was so amazing. Aneka was so helpful and such an excellent host that it made me sad we could only stay one night. She was very accommodating to our schedule as we had been unfortunately underestimated our ETA to her place. I would recommend staying at the hideout for anyone looking to visit the redwood forest!

My daughter and I had a very nice stay here. We had our 2 frenchies with us, which was no problem here. Anecka is an excellent host. Definitely coming back here. Very close.to everything.

Pros: Host was friendly, location was nice, and the exterior was cute with flowers in the window boxes and chickens in the yard. It was nice to have a fridge and the bed was really comfortable. Cons: Unfortunately, it smelled bad and was not as clean as you’d expect. The oven didn’t work properly and burned our food.
