**The Space**
Located on the second floor, the apartment features a thoughtfully designed layout:
- Master Bedroom: Spacious room with a double bed and en-suite bathroom.
- Lobby Area: Includes a single bed, dining table for two, and an attached washroom.
- Open Kitchen: Fully equipped and conveniently located next to the lobby.
- Drawing Room: A cozy space ideal for lounging or entertaining.
- Glass Room: A small, enclosed area with a single bed—perfect for quiet reading or additional sleeping space.
**Guest Access**
Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment, including the rooftop terrace. Seating is provided, making it a perfect spot for small gatherings or private parties. A fireplace is available for use at an additional cost of ₹500 per day.
**Additional Amenities & Notes**
- Optional full-time maid service available for ₹1,000 per day.
- Oil heaters provided in all rooms for added comfort.
- Accommodates up to 4 guests comfortably. Two extra floor mattresses can be arranged at ₹700 per mattress per day (includes guest charges).
- In case of heavy snowfall, power outages may occur; an inverter is available for backup.
**COVID-19 Safety Guidelines (As per Govt. of Uttarakhand)**
1. All guests must carry individual RTPCR test reports and an e-pass.
2. Guests are advised to bring their own towels for hygiene purposes.
3. For stays longer than a week, housekeeping will be provided twice a week.
4. Please return all kitchen utensils clean. A cleaning fee of ₹200 will apply if returned soiled.
