I ordered dinner one time and it was not as per my expectations. Food quality could've been more better. Room size was small.

Room was clean and beautiful, staff boy priyansh was very decent and helpful boy.
Distance from hotel to mall road, no shop or restaurant near hotel and every time you hire a taxi to reach mall road which cost you around 300-500 rs.

The location is nice. It is in the VIP area of Nainital.
Staff and service is quite poor. You need to repeat yourself multiple times in order to get things done.
