Cozy apartment in good condition and with completely new furniture so you can enjoy an ideal holiday in the Maresme. Located in a residential and quiet environment, but a few minutes walk from the most tourist areas with restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, etc.

600 meters from the railway station with trains to Barcelona every half hour (75 minutes journey).
At 200 m free outdoor public parking.
700 m from the town center.
450 m from the seafront.
33 km from Girona-Costa Brava airport and 76 km from Barcelona El Prat airport.
4 km from the Marineland de Palafolls water park and 15 km from the Water World water park in Lloret de Mar.
68 km from Barcelona center (60 minutes by car).
Near towns of the Costa Brava such as Tossa de Mar, Lloret de Mar, Blanes, etc.
500 m from the Francesc Macià park, with skateboard area, sensory playgrounds and children's games.
6 km from the Pineda de Mar Nautical Base to enjoy sailing sports.

It also lets potential tenants know that the apartment is located on a second floor without a lift.
No pets or smoking are allowed inside the apartment.
It is not allowed to organize parties and to respect the rest of the neighbors do not make noise after 22h.
In case of loss of keys, € 70 will be charged to proceed with the change of the cylinder.
The Certificate of Habitability is for 5 people. It is strictly forbidden to exceed the number of tenants.

Loved the location (close to the beach), the apartment was one of the cleanest we've ever stayed in, and communication with Joana was always easy. We loved our time in Malgrat de Mar and would definitely stay here again.
