About this house rental
40 km north-east of Kolari, lake Ylläsjärvi 4 km, swimming beach 4,5 km. Good quality duplex apartment located in the Ylläsjärvi village new cottage area near the Maisematie scenic road. Location ideal for wintersports.
Log duplex apartment, built 2009. Livingroom/kitchen, one bedroom with double bed and blinded curtains in the windows, loft with 4 separate beds, electric sauna, shower/toilet (sauna and bathroom renovated in 2023).
In addition: dishwasher, water boiler and toaster, 2 x tv.
There is also a ski maintenance room with a rack for 2 skis and an iron.
Size 65 m² of which 13 m² on the loft.
