About this house rental
40 km north-east of Kolari, lake Ylläsjärvi 4 km, swimming beach 4,5 km. Log duplex apartment, built 2009. Livingroom/kitchen, one bedroom with double bed and blinded curtains in the windows, loft with 4 separate beds, electric sauna, shower/toilet (sauna and bathroom renovated in 2023).
In addition: dishwasher, water boiler and toaster, 2 x tv.
There is also a ski maintenance room with a rack for 2 skis and an iron.
Size 65 m² of which 13 m² on the loft.

Final cleaning (Basic cleaning is always carried out by the guest) (2025-11-22 - 2026-12-18)
