Welcome to The Landing, an ideal retreat for your Up North adventure! With Private boat slip rental! In the heart of downtown Boyne City, this main-floor condo sits on the shores of Lake Charlevoix. Enjoy access to heated pool beach & lake!
Inside discover a fully renovated, luxurious beachfront condo designed for comfort & style. With top-quality furnishings & thoughtful details, every element has been curated to make you feel at home.
Max occupancy including infants is 6 per HOA rules.
We live locally and are available when needed. We can always be reached on the app.
Wonderfully located in The Landing condo association in downtown Boyne City. You are a short walk to town, groceries, dining, and shopping.
We have a boat slip available for rent- please inquire. 25"

Located on the Boyne City to Charlevoix and Boyne Mountain Bike path.

Located in The Landing condo complex your rental is on the main floor. You can walk out your living room to your private patio which overlooks Lake Charlevoix and the shared condo pool (available Memorial Day through mid September).
There is also a private association beach on Lake Charlevoix. A wonderful spot to swim with the family while on vacation.
Rentals in June-Labor Day require a 5 day minimum.
Boat slip available for rent, please inquire as there are regulations that must be agreed upon before boat can be launched. (max 25' LOA, no pontoon boats)
This is a no smoking, no pets (association rules), no party condo.
Garage, condo entrance and patio are private.
Shared space includes the green lawn, pool, beach, and boat docks

Very nice updated property in a great location. The landings where this is at is a great property well maintained with a nice pool on the lakefront. All amenities worked very well and added to the comfort of our stay. It was nice having a garage to park in as well. Though it may be on the higher end of the cost curve, you get what you pay for at this location. Lindsey was fantastic about getting back to answer any questions as well as provide a few hints on things to do/places to go in the area.

The condo is very nice! It is nicely decorated and had everything we needed. The location on the property is very close to the pool which was convenient. The pool area is lovely!
